Netball Now Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Match Scheduling & Seasonal Breaks

  • Our leagues are scheduled throughout the year, with adjustments during school holidays and festive periods.​
  • On average, each league has approximately 40 weeks of scheduled matches annually.​
  • During periods with fewer scheduled matches (e.g., August), we may offer optional friendly games.​

These friendly matches are complimentary for active members.

2. Match Postponements & Refunds

  • If matches are postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues), we will endeavor to reschedule them.​
  • Should multiple matches be postponed within a four-month period, members may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, assessed on a case-by-case basis.​
  • To request a refund or credit, members must contact us within two weeks of the fourth postponed match.

3. Membership Cancellation

  • Members can cancel their membership at any time by providing one month's notice.​
  • Upon cancellation, members will retain access to league matches until the end of their current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused sessions.

4. Forfeit Fees

  • Membership fees do not cover forfeit fees.​
  • If a team forfeits a match without the required notice, additional fees may apply.

5. Communication

  • All official communications regarding membership, scheduling, and other league matters will be conducted via email or through designated communication channels.

6. Amendments

  • Netball Now reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.​Netball Now
    Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.​
